29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) 1492 Alabama St. Navarre FL. 32566, On or about October 23, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer allowed employees to perform roofing activities such as metal shingle replacement without requiring that lanyards be attached to the back of the body harness exposing the employees fall hazards.
