The employer did not review with each employee those parts of the fire prevention plan necessary for self-protection, including evacuation drills. In the main building and maintenance shop, located at 164 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281: On or about October 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees working in the warehouse were exposed to a smoke inhalation hazards in that the employer did not effectively train employees on the fire prevention plan.
