29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.5 a) Lots 22 and 23 Block 2, Glenplace Subdivision, Boise, ID 83704 : On October 25, 2024, and at times prior thereto; employees sheathing an up to 8:12 pitch roof of a two-story townhouse were exposed to falls from approximately 16.6 feet to approximately 26 feet.
