29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee. Circumstances where retraining is required include, but are not limited to, situations where inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a) 168 Shillington Road Sinking Springs, PA Roof - On about October 25, 2024, at the ladder access to the roof, on the Southeast corner, employees performing roofing activities on a flat roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet to the ground below in that the warning line system was not erected to connect the point of access to the work area. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
