29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New construction at The Southwind Village Subdivision, 4719 Southwind Rd., Grovetown, GA 30813, Front Roof: On or about 10/24/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19 feet, 8 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while the employees were engaged in roofing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof.
