29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) A residential home located at 426 Furlough Drive, Augusta, GA 30909, Front Roof: On or about 10/24/2024, the employer exposed three employees to fall hazards while working on a 6/12 pitched residential roof with an eave height of 21-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while the employees were engaged in roofing activities.
