29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) 401 Park Rd. Hardin, MT: On or about October 28, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while being lifted and transported in a man basket that was not secured to the forks of the onsite rough terrain forklift.
