Meloon Foundries, LLC, 1841 LeMoyne Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13208, on or about October 15, 2024; At approximately 2pm an employee splashed molten aluminum onto their foot and was hospitalized for treatment. OSHA was not notified of the hospitalization until October 21, 2024 at 3:49pm.
