Ross Tenderizer, was not adequately guarded where an operator's hands could reach the cycling tenderizing needles and were exposed to puncture and amputation hazards. b. Biro Model Pro 9, was not guarded where the operator's hand could be pulled into ingoing tenderizing blades and needles. Employees were exposed to puncture and amputation hazards.
