29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New multi-family residential construction, located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill Georgia, 30518, throughout the site, including but not limited to building 5. On or about 10/25/2024 and times prior the employer exposed employees of all trades working on floors 1, 2, 3, & 4 to fall hazards above 6-feet to the lower level in that the patio doors were not guarded. b) New multi-family residential construction, located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill Georgia, 30518, building 5. On or about 10/25/2024,and times prior, the employer exposed employees exiting and entering the left entrance of building 5 to fall hazard of approximately 10-feet, 6-inches in that there was no guard rail in place for approximately 1-week.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) New Multi-family construction site located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518, Outside of building 3, right side doorway: On or about 10/25/2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees of all trades walking at or near the building to the unprotected 2-foot, 9-inch deep by10-feet by 7-feet hole.
