29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) New multi-family residential construction located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill, Georgia, 30518, Building 3, 2nd floor: On or about 10/25/2024 the employer exposed employees to 120V electrical hazards while performing cutting operations with the DeWalt DWE305 reciprocating saw in that the yellow/black extension cord was missing the grounding pin from the temporary power pole.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) New multi-family residential construction located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill, Georgia, 30518, Building 3, 2nd floor: On or about 10/25/2024 the employer exposed employees to 120V electrical hazards while performing cutting operations with the DeWalt DWE305 reciprocating saw in that the orange/black extension cord did not have effective strain relief, exposing the terminals inside.
