29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 5290 Fallen St, Bozeman, MT: On or about October 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while operating a Haulotte HT67 RTJ 0 Aerial Lift to access a balcony of a residential apartment building in order to conduct repairs.
