29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 2747 West Main St. Bozeman, MT 59718: On or about October 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the concrete ground below while installing ridge caps onto a steel roof, utilizing a Genie S-65 Aerial lift without being tied off to the basket.
