1910.135(a)(1) The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. a) In the warehouse on the site located at 101 W Palmetto St, Arcadia, FL: On or about 10/29/2024, the employer exposed employees to a struck by/crushing hazard, in that, employees were repairing the damaged racking system without unloading the racks prior to the start of the work.
