29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 13518 Detroit St., Thornton, CO: On or about October 29, 2024, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Turn Two LLC. did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that employees installing new shingles on a one-story residential home did not utilize a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground.
