29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   a)  6075 Amber Drive, Farmington, NY  14425, on the roof, on or about 10/23/24:  Workers were installing roofing products on a residential 2-story structure with multi-level and multi-pitch (10:12 and 5:12) and a ground to eave heights of  13 feet and 26 feet, without fall protection and without having been trained by a competent person regarding the use of fall protection equipment, and the hazards associated with falls in construction.   The employer did not provide abatement documentation as directed in the issued citation.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a)  6075 Amber Drive, Farmington, NY  14425, accessing the roof, on or about 10/23/24:  Workers were using an articulating portable ladder to access roof surfaces where that ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  6075 Amber Drive, Farmington, NY  14425, on the roof, on or about 10/23/24:  Workers were installing roofing products on a residential 2-story structure with multi-level and multi-pitch (10:12 and 5:12) and a ground to eave heights of  13 feet and 26 feet, without fall protection.  New Future Contractor Corporation previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/24, with respect to a workplace located at 25 Charlotte Court, Evesham, NJ.  New Future Contractor Corporation previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726918, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/3/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 8, Rising Sun Meadows Development, Bordentown, NJ.  New Future Contractor Corporation previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713549, citation number 1, item number 1, instance a and b, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/3/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2, Meridian Walk at Princeton, West Windsor, NJ.
