On or about October 30th, 2024, the employer did not develop, implement and maintain a hazards communication program for employees engaged in spray painting, detailing and auto repair and maintenance. Employees utilized hazardous flammable chemicals such as but not limited to paints, acetone, silicone remover, motor oil, fillers, deodorizers and paint products which contains toluene, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
