29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On August 13, 2024, the employer did not provide a workplace free from hazards in that employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were framing a new residential home and were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet.
