LOCATION: Electrical panel room - first floor hallway, 73 Guest Street, Brighton, MA On October 30, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that no person, tool, or machine will come into contact with an energized electrical power circuit before work begins. The employer did not verify that the circuit was de-energized by testing it.
