29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) On or about 10/30/2024 in the production area; where employees perform servicing/maintenance on machines and equipment with multiple sources of energy, such as but not limited to RF turntables and Die Cutting Machines, the employer did not develop, specific energy control procedures. The RF Turntables have both air and electrical energy. The employer did not require machines to be locked out after being shut down for servicing/maintenance such as but not limited to setting up RF Turntables and Stamping machines and cleaning gluers.
