29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Job site, 813 North Sheraton Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206: on or about October 30, 2024 employees were not protected from falling while working on the 4th level of a 35 foot tubular frame scaffold as no employees were using fall protection while working on a ladder jack plank installed on the scaffold. Employees were in the process of conducting of installing siding around a window located on the 4th story of the building.
