29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located on 1100 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518: On or about October 25, 2024, the employer failed to inspect all electrical cords used to provide power to electric equipment, in that a collection of cables were gathered into a large bundle, taped over, and left in an entrance to a hallway next to building 3. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not properly encased or removed from service.
