29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a.) Bauer General Contractors DBA Bauer Specialty Commercial Services; 1600 Roemer Blvd, Farrel, PA 16121: On or about 10-31-2024 and at times prior thereto; employees were using an A-frame ladder in the folded position to access the ceiling tile. The A-frame ladder was being used in the folded position and leaned against the wall on top of the bleachers in the gymnasium.
