29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 10/31/2024, at the roof area of the site, Niagara Falls, NY. Employees, who were painting exterior roof structures, were not protected by fall protections. Employee were tied off and rode an aerial lift to the roof, then un-tied from the basket to walk/work on the roofs without fall protections. Roofs were 5 in 12 and 6 in 12 slopes. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
