29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a) Mobis Parts America CO Hyundai DBA Mobis Parts and Tires - A powered industrial truck was handling a load that consisted of 2 double stacked pallets. The bottom pallet weighted approx. 158lbs and the top pallet 509lbs. The load tipped over and struck a worker that was in the area. Occurred July 24, 2024
