29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On November 1, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at elevations between   approximately 9.4 to 18.3 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment was not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached, or shall be designed, installed, and used as follows:   a) On November 1, 2024, employees were utilizing anchorage for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment which was not installed so that anchors would be capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds per employee attached.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item
