29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On November 1, 2024, at above noted jobsite, company employees were engaged in installation of solar panels to the roof of an existing residential structure were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 8.2 feet.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
