29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  a) Jobsite  171 South Jennersville Rd. West Grove, PA - On or about November 1, 2024 Employer did not ensure that emergency exits were clear and unobstructed.  Pallets and cardboard were in the direct path of a marked emergency exit door exposing employees to tripping hazards and combustible hazards that could lead to contusions, burns, or death.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(1)(ii):Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5).  a) Jobsite  171 South Jennersville Rd. West Grove, PA - On or about November 1, 2024 operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks such as, but not limited to Yale sit down forklift , etc. exposing them to a crushing hazard in the event of a rollover/tip over.

29 CFR  1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) shall be visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket). Cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) which remain connected once they are put in place and are not exposed to damage need not be visually inspected until they are relocated.   a) Jobsite  171 South Jennersville Rd. West Grove, PA - On or about November 1, 2024 employer did not inspect and remove from service a power cord that employees utilizing a battery charger model number 1NE12-50 used daily to charge equipment exposing employees to electrical shock and electrical burns.
