Employees handled Keystone Product containing Portland Cement without the use of hand protection.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. a) Jobsite: 5000 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA, building #1 - On or about June 14, 2024, the employer did not provide adequate hazardous chemical training for employees engaged in the construction of Concrete Masonry Unit walls. Employees were not adequately trained on the hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Tricalcium Silicate, Dicalcium Silicate, and Calcium Oxide contained in the Keystone High Strength Masonry Cement Type S.
