OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Cayuga Museum of History and Art, 203 Genesee Street, Auburn, NY 13021: On or about 11/1/24: employees were exposed to lacerations while using a STIHL Cut-Off Saw while making relief cuts between set curb lengths. The saw kicked back on the operator, who lost control of the machine, and fatally lacerated his neck and upper chest.

The employee did not use the integrated water delivery system.
