Coolidge Ave, Margate City, NJ 08402: The General Contractor did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site to ensure that subcontractors were not exposed to shock hazards. This included, but not limited to the moving of a TranzPorter Material Handler ladder in close proximity to powerlines resulting in two subcontractor employees coming into contact with a powerline and sustaining life threatening injuries. Observed on or about 10/31/24  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
