29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) AulFab, on or about November 4, 2025, at the location of 1018 Matzinger Road, Toledo, Ohio 43612: The employer did not ensure the CNC hydraulic press break (Serial number W1902-256H) was adequately guarded. Due to this condition employees tasked with operating break press were exposed to pinch points created between the frame of the press and stock material.
