OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Target Corporation- On or about November 1, 2024, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while working from an elevated Crown WAV60-118 positioned between the doors and the wall containing the doorframe in that the employer failed to ensure employees operated a Crown Wave60-118 in an area with obstacles. Abatement certification and documentation required.
