29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   a) 30 S. Coolidge Ave. Margate City, NJ: Employees were exposed to shock hazards. Two employees were shocked and hospitalized when they encroached on a powerline with a TranzPorter Material handler ladder and came in contact with a powerlined. Observed on or about 10/31/24  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
