On or about November 5, 2024, an employee of a subcontractor under the control of the General Contractor Capital Construction, LLC., worked directly under a framing crew without head protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: On or about November 5, 20234, under the General Contractor's control, a subcontractor's employees were engaged in framing activities working from a scissor lift. The subcontractor's employees used the lift's guard rails as walking platforms. The General contractor's Foreman was on site in plain view of the hazard and did not correct the subcontractor.
