On or about October 29, 2024, an employee dumping SF Grinding Vehicle (hot varnish), from a cooling tank into a black tub using a flex hose, was exposed to burn hazards.  The employer failed to provide protective equipment, such as but not limited, to, heat resistant clothing, to employees when exposed to burn hazards.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
