29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). a. Trench 6a Willow Mill Park Road - On or about November 6, 2024, employees were installing a new fire hydrant, they had dug a trench that along the front face was greater than 5 feet in depth. Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while inside the trench hand digging around the main without shielding in class C soil. Corrected During Inspection
