29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the jobsite located at 3711 SW Knoxville Ct., Lees Summit, MO 64082: Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6' while engaging in framing work without the use of any means of fall protection. Employees were walking the top plate as they installed the trusses of a residential home. The employees were observed working near the edge of the home at heights ranging from 8 to 20 feet from the top plate to the ground.
