29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) On the site located at 1034 S US Hwy 301, Sumterville, FL: On or about 11/06/2024, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that, the SawStop Table Saw in the shop area did not have a guard over the blade.
