29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about 11-06-2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electric shock, in that, a power taps were plugged directly into another power tap in the following instances. a) USPS, Johnson City ODIS Room: a power tap was plugged into another power tap powering a computer. b) USPS, Johnson City Registry Cage: On or about 11-06-2024 and at times prior, the employee exposed themselves to an electrical hazard, in that, a portable refrigerator was plugged into a power tap and not directly into an outlet.
