This was most recently documented on or about November 6, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at or about 4762 South 84th Street, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure. The employees were shingling a roof while working at a height of approximately 15 feet 6 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
