29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Parkside West by Dream Finders Home, Unit located one block NE of Alcott Way and Peak Street, Broomfield CO: On or about November 6, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below, while working near an unprotected edge on a second story balcony without fall protection.
