29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Site: 216 Dover Street, Brooklyn NY 11235 On or about 11/7/24 a) Employees working on the 1st floor were not protected from falling. They were installing floor boards and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the floor below. b) Employees working on the 2nd floor were not protecting from falling. They were framing by the unprotected edge o in the rear of the residence and were exposed toa fall of approximate 12 feet to the rear patio area.
