Site:  216 Dover Street, Brooklyn NY 11235  On or about 11/7/24  a) Employees working on the 1st floor were not protected from falling. They were installing floor  boards and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the floor below. b) Employees working on the 2nd floor were not protecting from falling. They were framing by the unprotected edge o in the rear of the residence and were exposed toa fall of approximate 12 feet to the rear patio area.
