29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 1729 W. 166th Lane, Broomfield CO: On or about November 6, 2024, and at times prior, Boller and Deal Construction Inc, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of J&P Framing Inc, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to struck by and crushing hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were utilizing a JCB Forklift (Model 509.42F, PIN: JCB5CF7GVM3060491).
