29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: At a worksite located at 12805 Foxborough Court Lot 370, Lone Jack, MO 64086: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard. The employer exposed the employee to this hazard by allowing them to work from a wooden pallet that was supported by a rough terrain forklift. The employee was not protected from falling by any means of fall protection.
