29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about November 7, 2024, employees of a subcontractor under the control of the General Contractor Velocity Construction used a chop saw to cut cinder blocks without proper eye or face protection.
