29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer failed to instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: A)Good Mowin-2193 NJ 27, Edison, NJ 08817- On 10/31/24, an employee was operating a CAT 259 Track Skid Steer on an uneven surface at the job site, which caused the equipment to tip forward and exposed the employee to a caught-in-between hazard.
