29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) Lake Wissota bathroom project; On or about November 6, 2024, and dates prior, mud sills were not installed beneath the leveling jack base plates to prevent them from settling/sinking into the sandy soil that the fabricated frame scaffolding system was setup on.
