Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Jobsite: On or about 11/7/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a low sloped roof approximately 10-feet above the lower level without any means of fall protection.
