29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) New multi-family residential building, 283 Capitol Ave Winder, Georgia, 30680, Building G: On or about 11/7/2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while performing activities to include but not limited to security camera installations at 13-feet in that adequate height ladders were not provided to employees while using ladders to include but not limited to 6-foot "A" frame type ladders requiring the workers to use the top step.
